Because digital products cannot be physically returned and can be accessed or downloaded instantly after purchase, we generally do not offer returns or refunds once an order is completed successfully.

If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed through the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment gateway, bank, or financial institution.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders for digital products cannot be canceled once the purchase is completed and the product has been delivered or made accessible.

8. Chargeback & Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact our support team before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback.

Fraudulent chargebacks or abusive refund claims may result in:
